Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene reasons, used oral care products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will offer:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Used oral hygiene products

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Products not in original condition

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
